Dear Justine
I know you did Love Talk for several years and I miss hearing you insightful comments. But, I never got a chance to call in and ask a question. My question is a burning one and I figure you’re the woman that could possibly answer it!
Okay, here we go “What does the statement means I love you but I am not in love with you.?”
Miss Your Voice
Thanks for the love but I am just an email away.
Now to the question at hand…..HMMM
I love you but I am not in love with you is a gentle way of telling a person the relationship is over. But let’s examine the content (you know the fine print).
Great relationships are built on a foundation of truth, honesty, and nurturing and unconditional love. People change and relationships change.
No one wants to hurt anyone they have said that they love..but it happens. Life is about growing, strengthening, and moving to a greater goal and love is the catalyst of that movement.
If a person says that they probably still love you but not with same intensity and emotional comittement. We all out grow persons, activities and careers.
That’s the beauty of life… So remember it is better to have love and lost than to have never love at all. Smile and move on, the greatest love is out there for you!
Remember if no one told you they love you today I do
Always, Justine
