Hi Justine,
Can you help me understand why I only seem to attract men that want to have sex with me and not a relationship?
I've had this conversation with male and female friends. It's not the way I dress and sex is not the topic when I talk to men.
Is it because of the area we live in where men out number women? I'm wondering what makes a man look at one woman and say man I would like to hit that and the same man look at another woman and say I want to have her as my wife.

Dear Love Sick,
Thank you so much for asking this question!
I do not want to blame the area we live in because this occurrence is pandemic. Unfortunately, the real men and women have not gotten up in arms about how we are addressed and perceived. We are not valuing ourselves as a beautiful entity. We are a community of the best of the best - doctors, lawyers, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters and the chosen ones just to name a few. We have allowed the media to dictate our images and value systems.
Unfortunately, there are still a few individuals that think this negative behavior is acceptable. Well, it is not and you and all my sisters are beautiful, powerful and strong. If any man or woman speaks to you in that manner, correct them.
I saw a tee-shirt that had the most profound statement and ignited my spirit into action. It said “If all women are B #@$%^* …what is your mother?” What a powerful statement!! Look at the men who address you in a negative manner and say to yourself, “he is a work and progress and not worth my time or attention.” Remember that there a multitude of wonderful men out there waiting for a beautiful woman like you. Just have patience. When you least expect it, he will exchange a glance, a warm smile and a gentle hello.
Remember, if no one told you that they love you today I do!!
Always, Justine
